Your Questions, Answered with Clarity

What types of documents or cases do you handle?

We examine documents where the authenticity of a signature or handwriting is in question. Common cases include checks, wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, and other handwritten or signed materials. We do not provide opinions on autographs, artwork, or non-handwriting-related items.

Do you need the original documents, or can you examine scans or PDFs?

Originals are preferred when available, but high-quality scans and PDFs are routinely accepted. In most legal matters, courts accept expert opinions based on copies when originals cannot be obtained.

How do I get started?

Begin by using the inquiry form, emailing our office at hello@tigerlilytaylor.com, or calling our office at (214) 499-9876. We’ll review your situation, discuss what you have, and outline the most appropriate next steps.

Can I get a quick verbal opinion before committing?

Yes. Our verbal opinion service offers direct insight from a certified examiner—ideal for clients who need clarity before moving into formal documentation or litigation.

How many samples or signatures do you need to make a comparison?

Each case is unique. Generally, more known (authentic) samples lead to stronger conclusions, but accurate determinations can often be made with a handful of good exemplars. We’ll evaluate whatever you have and advise accordingly.

Can your reports be used in court?

Yes. Our Full Forensic Reports follow industry-standard forensic formatting and are built for legal proceedings in both state and federal courts. Reports are prepared to withstand scrutiny, challenges, and cross-examination.

Do you take international cases?

Yes—when documents are written in the Latin alphabet (A-Z). Because legal standards vary by country, international clients must contact us directly so we can confirm jurisdiction, admissibility, and compatibility before proceeding.
